Now is the time to sit back and let a professional help you with the logistics and coordination of your wedding day, allowing you to enjoy your big day worry-free and focusing on your loved ones.
This service is also known as “Month of Coordination”, but we do not believe we do it justice by saying only coordination day or month since the work actually begins 14 weeks before, that is why we provide complete management of the day of the event to ensure the Your wedding day is what you dreamed of.

Signature Planning Process
Getting Started...You're here! Few days after you will fill out our Onboarding Questionnaire and send us all the details you have so far about your wedding.
While we receive all the vendor agreements, we review and contact each one to let them know we are part of the team and take the opportunity to ask any questions we may have so far.
Our Preparation begins 12 weeks out, we start putting all the information together and creating the Wedding Dashboard, timeline and Questionnaires for the couple.
Check-In... Expect to hear from us at the 10 Weeks mark, It's time for us to jump in and get into our role and for you to sit back and start enjoying the process
The final planning, logistics, and details phase includes all the bits and pieces that help your wedding come together. We help you make decisions about everything from vendors to wedding day paper..
The final 10 days before your wedding is what we like to call the wedding week–and it's when we'll have our final meeting and walk-through. Our team will be busy finalizing your vendors, tying bows, folding napkins, preparing your timeline, and helping you rehearse.

Our highly recommended and most popular service is the Full Wedding Planner & Design package. The planning will start 12-18 months before the Wedding Day, which includes Logistics, Research, Design and Coordination starting at $6,500.
Our complete and efficient Event Management package begins 10 weeks before the Wedding Day. Includes Logistics and Coordination, starting at $2,900.
We offer a variety of Balloon Decorations that can be personalized according to the desires of our clients. We specialized in Garlands, Columns, Arches, Bouquets, Balloon Walls, Rainbows, and custom backdrop themes.
The recommended time is 15 days prior to the event date, to make sure we can also create a Balloon Color palette and a personalized design according to the style of the event.
Our regular distance (15 – 45 miles) can vary between $45 – $125.
