Signature Planning Process

Initial Consultation & Preparation During our first meeting, we’ll get to know you as a couple and discuss your wedding vision and needs. Once the agreement is signed, we’ll gather all necessary details, provide personalized questionnaires for both the bride and groom to complete, and start collecting vendor information while reviewing their agreements to ensure everything aligns perfectly.

Final Preparations & Coordination Coordinate a meeting with the venue and caterer to finalize arrangements, while simultaneously planning and organizing the rehearsal dinner. Develop detailed timelines for the pre-ceremony, vendors, and wedding day events. Lastly, meet with the couple a week before the big day to review every detail and ensure all plans and schedules are aligned perfectly.
